Nestled in a picturesque landscape, Holesfoot offers an enchanting setting for unforgettable weddings and gatherings. At the heart of the estate is our stunning wedding barn, accommodating up to 150 guests, with beautifully designed spaces that blend luxury and warmth. Our accommodations include the historic Grade II* listed Manor House, The Charming Bakehouse & Cottages, and the whimsical Bell Tents nestled within the woods, all meticulously renovated in 2021.

Starting in 2025, we’ll be expanding our capacity to host 60 overnight guests, ensuring even more friends and family can join in the celebrations.

Guests enjoy flexible stay packages: three-night weekend stays or two-night mid-week stays, creating the perfect opportunity for extended celebrations—from pre-wedding BBQs and games days to hot tub gatherings and cozy evenings. Our interiors blend comfort with elegance, featuring super king beds, deep bathtubs, and thoughtful decor, creating a truly memorable stay.

Outdoors, our Italian Garden is a favourite for wedding ceremonies, drawing countless couples to its beautiful surroundings. The Walled Garden, located just outside the barn, is equally beloved for reception drinks, with its lush canopy cover and vibrant blooms providing a charming atmosphere in any weather. Kept immaculate by our exceptional team, Holesfoot offers a setting as welcoming as it is breathtaking.

We host no more than two weddings each week. Our weekend packages are especially popular and often fully booked, while mid-week bookings are most common in July, August, and September. We pause all events from Christmas Day until February 1st to give our team time for rest and family, and to dedicate January to maintenance—refreshing paint, deep-cleaning carpets, and ensuring every detail at Holesfoot remains pristine year after year.

We have a close-knit team of local staff who handle evening shifts from 6 pm until close, ensuring everyone stays fresh and delivers the best possible service to our guests. Over time, we developed a recommended suppliers list, selecting those who consistently worked well with our team and provided exceptional service. This list is becoming more refined, and our goal is to eventually work with just two or three preferred caterers, streamlining the experience for both us and our couples.
