Set within the Vale of Clwyd, Vale Country Club has panoramic views across the Clwydian Range. The venue is on the site of a former cattle farm, which has been run by the Jones family since 1989. Over the years, they have transformed the original farmhouse and its buildings into a place for private events, available for exclusive hire. The grounds include a red-brick barn and a landscaped lake, providing a number of settings for photographs.

Inside the main restored barn, the function room can seat up to 220 guests for a meal and hold up to 300 for an evening reception. The space retains many original features, including exposed oak beams and slate flooring. A 35-foot deep wishing well is a notable feature within the room. For civil ceremonies and partnerships, the Vale Room holds up to 100 guests and has its own inglenook fireplace, built using stone from the original farmhouse.

The team provides a dedicated wedding coordinator to guide couples from their first visit through to the event itself. In-house chefs work with local ingredients to design bespoke menus for both the wedding breakfast and evening catering, based on each couple's preferences.

On-site accommodation is available for guests in several forms, including guest suites, a honeymoon suite, and a shepherd's hut. A glamping unit that sleeps four and an American RV are also located on the grounds. Before the ceremony, a bridal preparation room is available, and guests have access to a gym, jacuzzi, and sauna.
