Each suite boasts its distinct charm, from the grand ballroom to the contemporary Derbyshire Suite. Our dedicated wedding planners will collaborate with you to create a bespoke celebration, curating exquisite catering and tailored décor to bring your vision to life.
Situated on the outskirts of Derby, The Derby Conference Centre features stunning Art Deco interior in a beautiful Grade II listed building with 48 bedrooms on-site, allowing you to celebrate all day and night before waking up well-rested the next morning, coming together with your guests reminiscing over a delicious breakfast in our Wyvern Restaurant.
From small ceremonies through to large celebrations, all of our spaces can be tailored to your requirements. Our Sunken Lounge provides the perfect space for your wedding with plenty of options to make the venue your own, with exclusive use of the centre for all weddings.
Our beautiful rooms are all licensed to hold civil ceremonies, which enables you to have your wedding ceremony and reception under one roof, without the hassle of co-ordinating travel between venues. We include an allocation of 20 bedrooms to start and give you a special bedroom rate for all your guests, so no one has to cut the party short! The superb décor, high levels of comfort and interior charm of our guest accommodation, provides a truly wonderful setting for an overnight stay. Absolutely. We always offer exclusive use of our conference venue, however, the hotel is public access.

We do. The cost of this is assessed on an individual basis and depends on the amount of bottles you want to bring along with what you want to bring.
Unfortunately not. However, we have excellent and experienced chefs who are happy to create you a bespoke menu that reflects your taste buds.
From 7.00 on the day off or from 18.00 the night prior if we have no events booked in.
As a standard rule we set bar and evening close for 12.00 midnight, however, we do have the opportunity to extend our licenses to 2.00am at a cost.
Live bands are only allowed to 12.00 midnight. We ask that you keep this in mind and we reserve the right to ask the band to turn it down if we get too many noise complaints.
