Nestled in the middle of the picturesque Peak District National Park, the 17th Century building is a fabulous setting for your wedding celebration and can be hired for your exclusive use.

Tissington Hall is in a unique position of offering couples three distinctly different wedding options with the same stunning and historical background of the Hall and the service levels we are renowned for.

The popular Arboretum Pavilion is ideal for larger spring and summer weddings, or for smaller, more intimate weddings we are delighted to introduce our newly renovated Carriage House, giving you a choice for whatever size of event you are planning. We can also accommodate micro weddings in the Hall dining room, seating up to 20 guests.

We are licensed for civil ceremonies. For a traditional church wedding, the Norman Church of St. Mary is just across the parkland.

The custom semi-permanent marquee on site has been specifically designed to house a fabulous celebration in the gardens. The Arboretum Pavilion marquee offers gorgeous panoramic views across the parkland. It is finished to the highest standard with stunning crystal chandeliers and starlit ceiling which produce a relaxed, romantic atmosphere. 150 seated 200 for evening reception.

For more intimate weddings, especially with the current restrictions in place, our stunning 18th Century Carriage House, that has been sympathetically restored, retaining many of its original features, is ideal for 15/30 people to have an incredibly special wedding reception. When larger numbers allow, it can accommodate up to 60 seated and an additional 30 to join you for an evening party.
