An exclusive-use, picturesque Medieval Barn wedding venue set in the idyllic Dorset countryside, offering complete flexibility for you to create your dream day. Stockbridge Farm Barn really is a venue to fall in LOVE with!

Our wonderful Medieval Barn provides the most perfect warm & welcoming space for your wedding! We are licensed for Civil Marriages & Partnerships and welcome Humanist weddings and Blessings or for use just as a Reception venue.

We offer you total flexibility to design and style the barn as you wish. You are welcome to arrange your own wedding suppliers, or you might like to refer to our website for a list of trusted providers.
Traditional & timeless, our rustic Barn retains many original features. Flower wheels are suspended from the exposed wooden beams and it is beautifully lit with soft up-lighting & festoon lights. It is carpeted throughout, with a spacious wooden dance floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, together with an adjoining bar & snug.

The Barns seats up to 180 inside, or for larger celebrations a marquee can be added. We also cater for smaller weddings. Whatever your requirements, we are happy to help.
You can make full use of our lovely courtyard filled with greenery & flowers, providing a romantic outside Ceremony space, a wonderful area for your guests to gather, and the perfect backdrop for wedding photos. We also provide our private flower garden for photographs or you may wish to use the idyllic countryside surrounding the Barn. There’s lots of outside space for wedding games & entertainment. We have two Shepherds Huts on site available to hire, together with a beautifully converted ‘Milking Parlour’ often reserved as a ‘Bride’s Room’.
