Located within a ten-acre site in the Yorkshire countryside, Clapham Holme Farm offers the Granary Barn for weddings and events. The renovated barn provides space for up to 200 seated guests. The interior features a large dance floor and a bar constructed from old brick with an ash top. For a more relaxed atmosphere, there is a snug area complete with a wood-burning stove and leather seating. The hire of the barn includes tables and chairs, alongside the use of the dance floor and bar.

The venue is available for exclusive use, providing privacy for each event. Civil ceremonies can be held in the outdoor ceremony atrium, and the grounds also feature a lake, gardens, and an outdoor bar known as the 'Tin Shack'. The setting is adaptable for various event styles, from traditional marquee gatherings to tipi weddings, with the support of an in-house wedding planner. The farm is situated a 15-minute drive from both Hull and Beverley, with on-site parking and disabled access available for guests.

Clapham Holme Farm provides a range of on-site accommodation options. Four holiday cottages can sleep up to 18 people, and there is also a honeymoon suite. For additional guests, the farm includes a caravan site and a designated field for tents. The property is also home to a petting farm with animals including donkeys, pigs, ponies, sheep, goats, ducks, and chickens.
