About Highfield Hall
Highfield Hall is a country house wedding venue on Chester Road in Northop, Flintshire that offers couples exclusive use of its spaces for their entire day. Couples and their guests can be together in multiple distinct rooms and gardens, with five different ceremony locations available to choose from and guest numbers up to 120 during the day and up to 180 in the evening according to the venue’s overview.
The venue’s Getting Ready Room is designed for pre-ceremony preparations with space for hair and makeup and room for candid photos. For indoor ceremonies, The Orangery has glazed sides and natural light, and can hold up to 90 guests; The Garden Room offers a smaller, garden-adjacent setting for up to 30 guests; and the Ballroom accommodates larger ceremonies and can later host the wedding breakfast. A separate Georgian Room provides a relaxed space for guests to gather before or after the main events.
Outdoor weddings are possible in the Garden Pavilion set within the venue’s garden space, giving couples an open-air option for their ceremony. Overnight accommodation is part of Highfield Hall’s offering. The Honeymoon Suite, with a four-poster bed, freestanding bath and ensuite with twin showers, is included in wedding packages. Couples and guests can move seamlessly between indoor and garden areas throughout the day, with spaces such as the Ballroom transforming for reception use after the ceremony and informal post-meal mingling in the Georgian Room the next morning if required.

Yes! We are licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies! The Garden Pavilion is the perfect spot for your outdoor ceremony.
We have an amazing in-house catering team providing top quality food for the day of your wedding. Due to this, we do not allow external caterers for your wedding breakfast however we do allow you to have food trucks on the premises on the evening of your special day.
You have access to The Getting Ready Room from 8am and access to decorate rooms from 9am on the day of your wedding!
Yes, we have a stunning honeymoon suite at the venue! Even better... This is included for you in your package!
Yes we have 15 rooms onsite and can sleep up to 36 of your guests.
