Set in a rural location on the edge of the Cotswolds and convenient for local churches, The Gables Hotel is available for wedding receptions and civil ceremonies. The hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to 150 guests and can host wedding receptions for up to 200. In addition to weddings, the venue holds meetings and other special occasions across its eight ground-floor meeting rooms. Dining is provided by the on-site Marco's New York Italian, a restaurant created by Marco Pierre White, which seats 80 guests. There is also a separate bar area with space for 40.

For overnight stays, the hotel has 46 en-suite bedrooms. The selection includes family rooms and executive rooms that feature four-poster beds. Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service. The hotel was acquired by Vine Hotels.
