About Coombe End Manor
At Coombe End Manor, we would be honoured to welcome you and your guests to a setting that feels timeless, intimate and yours. Set within a private 2,000-acre Cotswold estate, the manor offers elegant accommodation for up to 22 guests, along with a house spa, swimming pool and countryside views. Offered on an exclusive-use basis for two or three nights, your celebration unfolds at a relaxed pace, with dedicated set-up and de-rig days included. Marquee celebrations are hosted on a dry-hire basis.
Two Night Stay
• Welcome tea and cake for up to 22 house guests on arrival from 3pm
• A welcome drinks reception for 22 guests on your first evening with a selection of seasonal canapés
• A three-course dinner for 22 guests with house wine served in the dining room on your first evening, selected from our seasonal menus
• Breakfast and a light lunch served in the dining room prior to your wedding ceremony for up to 22 house guests
• Breakfast served in the dining room on the morning of departure
• Thirteen beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodating up to 22 house guests
• Daily housekeeping provided by our on-site housekeepers
• The services of our on-site Chef, Event Manager and dedicated wait staff throughout your stay
• All soft drinks included throughout your stay (alcohol charged separately)
• Luxury Verden British bath and body products in every bedroom
• Access to the swimming pool and house spa facilities for all house guests during their stay
Three Night Stay
Includes everything listed in the Two Night Stay package, with the addition of:
• Breakfast, a two-course lunch and a three-course dinner for house guests on your recharge day
In addition, both the wedding breakfast and evening reception will take place within a marquee. Please note that the marquee is not included within the above price and will need to be organised separately by yourselves or your wedding planner.

Prices start from £35,000 for a two night stay
Yes, we have two or three night packages - you can also extend your stay if you wish.
While Coombe End Manor is not a licensed venue, celebrant-led ceremonies may be hosted within the grounds.
The gardens lend themselves effortlessly to outdoor celebrations, and from Spring/Summer 2026, our newly introduced amphitheatre will provide a truly romantic setting for exchanging vows, overlooking the pond and surrounding landscape.
£40,000 for three night package
All beverages for house guests are supplied by us during your stay. If you would like to provide your own wine for the wedding celebration, this will need to be agreed with your chosen caterers.

Check in is from 3pm. Your marquee company can have access from 12noon the day prior to your arrival.
The celebration can continue into the early hours, with dancing until 1.00am and last orders served at 12.30am. We kindly ask that carriages for guests not staying at the house depart by 1.00am.
Yes, there is a limited of 90 dB.
Due to the presence of livestock in the neighbouring fields and in the interest of safety and consideration for the surrounding countryside, fireworks are not permitted at Coombe End Manor. Sparklers and flares are very welcome for outdoor celebrations and can create a wonderful atmosphere for photographs. We kindly ask that suitable containers filled with water or sand are provided for their safe extinguishing and disposal.
