The ethos at Trigonos is one of respecting nature and the benefits of our beautiful surroundings. As mentioned earlier, we have a large area where we grow bio-dynamic produce which enables us to provide delicious vegetarian meals, which are hearty and fulfilling. If requested we will consider offering a non-vegetarian option, but we would recommend that you try our standard fayre at a menu tasting, exclusively for yourselves. We are very keen to minimise our carbon footprint. - even our Lake Side Sauna is wood fired !!! In addition, to celebrate the day on an ongoing basis, we will plant your very own tree with a plaque detailing your names and the date of your celebration.
