Yes – Marwell Hotel is licensed to hold outdoor civil ceremonies in our beautiful woodland setting, providing a picturesque backdrop for your vows. Should the weather not be suitable, we also have elegant indoor ceremony spaces available as a contingency.
Yes – corkage is available if you wish to supply your own wine for the wedding breakfast. Corkage charges apply; please contact our wedding team for current pricing and terms.
No – all catering is provided exclusively by our talented in-house chefs. We offer a wide range of menus, including traditional wedding breakfasts, BBQs, hog roasts, buffets and evening food, with options to suit a variety of tastes and dietary requirements.
Access for decorating is from 7:00am on your wedding day. If you'd like to decorate the day before, this may be possible for an additional room hire charge, subject to venue availability.
Evening entertainment finishes at midnight. If you'd like to extend your celebrations, the bar can remain open for an additional 30 minutes for £150 or an additional hour for £250, subject to availability
No – we do not have specific noise restrictions for live bands. We simply ask that all entertainment finishes by midnight, unless an approved bar extension has been arranged
No - but we do allow sparklers if you bring your own bucket of sand.

No naked flames are allowed, so LED candles are recommended
Yes – we have a beautiful Bridal Suite available, and for couples hosting both their ceremony and reception at Marwell Hotel, a complimentary stay in the Bridal Suite on the wedding night is included in our wedding packages
