Catering for a wide range of weddings – from an intimate wedding and banquet for 30 guests in the Dining Room to a huge celebration for 150 guests in the Great Hall.

The unique and imposing staircase allows the bride to make a magnificent entrance in front her guests before leading them through to the splendour of the Gothic Drawing Room for a formal, yet relaxed civil ceremony.

The Great Hall, with its 60 foot high ceiling and roaring log fires in winter months, is an imposing yet intimate space for the reception, and conveniently connects to The Octagon Saloon with French windows onto the terraces which overlook the Castle lake.

The State Dining Room seats up to 80 guests at round tables for a served or buffet-style meal. If you are also planning an evening party, we can arrange for a dance floor to be laid in the Octagon Saloon.

With 12 stunning and unique bedrooms to choose from, the bride & groom and their close family and friends are welcome to stay overnight in the Castle and enjoy a sumptuous breakfast the next day before departing.
