We do not have any outside space that would be suitable unfortunately.
Yes. Corkage can be charged up to £25 per bottle.
No, however if there is something specific you would like we would be more than happy to discuss it with you.
Depending on other function bookings you can decorate our ballroom 1 to 2 days before your wedding. Any decoration that will be require for the meal which is held in our restaurant has to be done on the day. Don't worry, we are able to assist with the decorating of the restaurant depending on what you would be requiring.
The evening reception needs to finish at 1am prompt. All guests that aren't staying in the hotel need to vacate by 1.15am.
We ask that live bands play to a satisfactory level of volume. Management reserve the right to control volumes of all music played within the hotel and/or call a halt to any music, entertainment or disturbance which is either unnecessary or causes discomfort to others.
Due to the location of the hotel we are unable to let of fireworks.
Confetti is allowed outside the hotel and we ask that it is biodegradable.
We allow candles in the restaurant for the meal, however we are unable to have candles in the ballroom due to them being a fire hazard. You can use LED candles in both places.
The Bride & Groom are allocated the Ben Nevis Suite on the night of their wedding. If it has already been booked we also have our Four Poster room available.
Yes we offer accommodation for your guests at a discounted rate. Please discuss this with your Wedding Coordinator at the time of booking.
