About East Afton Farmhouse - Tapnell Farm
This 18th century farmhouse is steeped in history and has ample accommodation as well as dedicated events barns making it the ideal location for a big, country wedding.
The Farmhouse sleeps 13 people in large en-suite bedrooms, and the Country Annex sleeps a further 4, plus 2 on a sofa bed. There is plenty of communal space with a large country kitchen, formal dining room, private cinema room and outdoor terrace complete with hot tub.
There are two event barns; one attached to the farmhouse, the perfect reception venue which can accommodate up to 70 seated guests. A marquee extension can be added to accommodate up to 130 seated guests and entertainment such as a live band. Across the courtyard is a converted rustic barn, both barns are licensed for ceremonies.
Glamping tents can also be added in the grounds so there is room for all your guests to stay over.
The secluded location and surrounding farmland makes East Afton a private oasis for any wedding celebration.
