Perched on Blue Bell Hill with breathtaking views across the North Downs, Edenwood Place is a standout Kent wedding venue that combines modern design with lush, botanical beauty. Think rusted statement walls, wild foliage tumbling from the ceilings, and golden sunlight streaming through bifold doors – it’s a space made to wow. With exclusive venue hire, the whole space is completely yours for your wedding celebrations.
Licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, you can say “I do” in one of four stunning spaces, from outdoor wedding ceremonies at the romantic Pergola or Viewpoint Terrace to the stylish Sun Room or Edenwood Room. The venue caters for up to 100 day guests and 230 evening guests, with plenty of flexibility for everything from full-day weddings to twilight weddings and reception-only bookings.
The venue includes premier facilities such as the dedicated "Something Blue Room" getting ready and reveal space, a statement botanical prosecco wall, firepits, a Summer House, and a Terrace Tiki Bar, all meticulously designed to elevate the guest experience. Furthermore, the team champion flexible catering options, providing access to five fabulous recommended caterers while also welcoming outside caterers (T&Cs apply)

Planning a 2026 wedding? Edenwood Place is offering reduced venue hire on selected remaining dates, giving you the chance to celebrate at this stunning Kent venue for exceptional value. Full Day Hire: £3,600; Access from 9am, ceremony from 12pm, celebrations until midnight. Reception Only: £3,100; Access from 9am, guests from 2pm. Twilight Wedding: £2,400; Access from 12pm, ceremony from 4pm. After Party: £1,500;Access from 3pm, guests from 5pm. All options include exclusive venue hire, an experienced wedding planner, licensed ceremony spaces, private bar until midnight, and stunning terrace views over the North Kent Downs.

Yes, our Viewpoint Terrace and Pergola are two fabulous spaces for an outdoor wedding ceremony.
We offer flexible catering options, providing a list of five fabulous recommended caterers. If you wish to choose someone else, we are open to working with professional, external caterers (T&Cs apply).
Access time varies depending on the package you've booked, but our all-day wedding hire includes access from 9am on the wedding day.
All of our packages include hire up until midnight.
