About Northcote Manor

At the heart of Northcote is its Michelin-starred restaurant, an identity that has shaped the venue since it opened in 1983. Led by Chef Patron-Director Lisa Goodwin-Allen, the kitchen provides modern British cuisine focused on seasonal and regional ingredients. This commitment to culinary quality is central to the wedding experience, with detailed advice offered on menus and wines to create a distinct event.

The venue is a 19th-century manor house, built in 1880 as a private residence. Located on the edge of the Forest of Bowland in the Ribble Valley, it offers a refined setting with gardens that can be used for drinks receptions and photographs. The character of the original house is complemented by the Garden Lodge; together they hold 26 bedrooms for overnight guests.

All wedding packages at Northcote include exclusive hire of the hotel, its lounges, restaurant, and grounds. A dedicated event manager works with couples on all arrangements, from organising flowers and linens to creating personal menu cards. The Louis Roederer Champagne Room can also be used for gourmet experiences. For a different perspective, a private Chef’s Table inside the kitchen provides a direct view of the team at work.
