Venue hire starts at £5,275 and ranges to £8,575 for 2024. All-inclusive packages range from £8,520 to £13,440. Get in touch for a personalised quote.

Crown Hall Farm is an ”exclusive use” venue. This means only you, your wedding guests and our staff will have access to the venue on your day. There won’t be anyone else using the venue at the same time as you. This is for your comfort, especially if you have young or vulnerable people attending your special day.

Yes, we are licensed with Lincolnshire County Council to hold ceremonies on site. We have licensed locations both inside and outside at our venue, so if the weather does not allow for an outdoor ceremony, or you choose to have an indoor ceremony, we can ensure your ceremony is perfect for you. We have both indoor and outdoor sound systems to ensure the perfect ambience for your ceremony.

Yes we are licensed to hold ceremonies in our outside boat house, which overlooks our lake and fountain. With rustic seating for your guests and surround sound system in place, it's a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding.

Our all-inclusive packages range from £7,200 to £12,960 for 2024.

Yes we do, wine and prosecco is charged at £10.50 per bottle, and champagne - £20 per bottle.

Yes you can provide your own catering, but they will need to: Have £5 million public liability insurance, Have a 5-star food hygiene certificate & adhere to strict processes, Provide all necessary equipment, utensils, crockery & cutlery needed for your food, Take full responsibility of all aspects of your food, menu and service Complete a site visit prior to the day, Provide your food all day. Use of your own caterer will incur a service charge to Crown Hall Farm.

If we have an event booked in for the day before you, access is from 9am. If there the venue is free the day before, we will allow a 2 hour window to set up. We will confirm this 4 weeks before your date.

Standard hire is till midnight, but you can request an extension until 1am which comes with an additional fee.

Not in the daytime, however for evening functions they must play through our in-house sound system and discuss with us before the event. Electric drum kits only.

Fireworks are not allowed due to our proximity to an equestrian centre and a main road. Sky lanterns are also strictly forbidden.

Dried flower petals are allowed near the boat house/ceremony space, but not in the form of non-biodegradable confetti like party poppers, rice, or paper. Guests are asked to keep all confetti away from the lake as this may harm the fish and other wildlife. Bubbles are preferred.

We only allow LED candles inside the marquee due to health and safety fire regulations.

Yes we have a honeymoon suite available for couples to book.
