Stubton Hall is exclusively yours, giving you and your guests complete privacy to relax, celebrate and truly make the house your own. We host weddings all year round, with light-filled reception rooms and refined interiors that shine just as beautifully on a rainy day as they do in the summer sunshine.
Choose from three elegant ceremony rooms or say “I do” outdoors on the terrace, surrounded by rolling countryside. If you’re dreaming of a church wedding, a selection of nearby places of worship are easily accessible.
Food and drink are at the heart of every celebration here. Our talented chefs create delicious, freshly-prepared menus using the finest ingredients, paired with carefully selected wines. Whether you envision a traditional three-course wedding breakfast or a relaxed, sociable feasting-style meal, you can tailor your menu to reflect you as a couple. When the evening begins, there’s plenty of space to dance, celebrate, and make memories long into the night.
As the day draws to a close, you and your guests can retire to one of 25 luxurious onsite bedrooms, allowing the celebrations to continue at a relaxed pace.

Twilight Cocktail Weddings - Winter 2026/2027

Why not embrace the dark winter evenings with a stylish and great-value twilight wedding? Black tie celebrations are increasingly on trend, and Stubton Hall’s timeless elegance provides the perfect setting for an intimate and sophisticated affair — with a glamorous twist. We’ve created a chic twilight cocktail wedding for 70 guests, offering all the sparkle of a cocktail party without the formality of a traditional sit-down meal. Guests will be welcomed with a flute of sparkling Prosecco by the fire in our grand entrance hall, before a 4pm twilight ceremony in the stunning Music Room. After the ceremony, the cocktails begin, with two expertly mixed cocktails per person, followed by delicious nibbles selected from our Evening Food Menu (from £20 per person) and served throughout the evening. Sparklers add a magical finishing touch to your wedding photographs. This wedding is designed to take place within the main house, creating an intimate atmosphere. However, it can easily be extended into the Orangery for larger guest numbers, enhanced dining options, and a spacious dance floor with DJ or live band. Please ask for further details and associated costs. We’re also happy to recalculate pricing for alternative guest numbers. Twilight Cocktail Wedding: £9,800 for 70 guests Available from November 2026 to March 2027, Sundays to Fridays only.

The average price for a summer Saturday wedding for 70 guests in 2027 is £22,500. Yes. At Stubton Hall you can choose to be married by the Lincolnshire Registrar or by a celebrant of your choice.
Yes you can, we can also host outdoor ceremonies for up to 80 guests on our sunny terrace.
Weekdays and dates from October through April will be less expensive. Please consult our guideline prices for full details. The exclusive use venue fee means that you don’t pay for hire by the room. The ceremony room, reception rooms, terraces, and grounds of Stubton Hall will private for you and your guests for the day, all included within that fee.

Every Stubton Hall wedding is fully catered by our chefs. We pride ourselves on our delicious food which is cooked in our kitchens. You can choose a two or three course meal from our wide variety of menus as well as evening food for delectable nibbles to keep you dancing until midnight. Special dietary requirements are no problem and are easily catered for.
Bridal party may arrive from 8am to get ready (or earlier if agreed)
Our licence for drinking and music ends at midnight in the Orangery. Our Residents’ Bar serves drinks until 1am.
Our evening manager will monitor the noise levels during the evening and inform the band if they need to turn it down to help our bar staff hear orders on the bar.
We understand that fireworks can be a lovely way to celebrate, but we kindly discourage their use at Stubton Hall. The venue is surrounded by local wildlife and open countryside, and fireworks can cause significant disturbance to animals on the grounds and in the nearby area. If you’re looking for alternative ways to create a memorable evening, we’d be very happy to suggest options that are both spectacular and wildlife-friendly.

Yes we have a luxurious Bridal Suite in our Main House, and this is included in our packages for the night of your wedding
We have 25 magnificent bedrooms. You don’t need to worry about paying for these in advance as the bedrooms are normally paid for at checkout by the guest occupying the rooms.
