Twilight Cocktail Weddings - Winter 2026/2027

Why not embrace the dark winter evenings with a stylish and great-value twilight wedding? Black tie celebrations are increasingly on trend, and Stubton Hall’s timeless elegance provides the perfect setting for an intimate and sophisticated affair — with a glamorous twist. We’ve created a chic twilight cocktail wedding for 70 guests, offering all the sparkle of a cocktail party without the formality of a traditional sit-down meal. Guests will be welcomed with a flute of sparkling Prosecco by the fire in our grand entrance hall, before a 4pm twilight ceremony in the stunning Music Room. After the ceremony, the cocktails begin, with two expertly mixed cocktails per person, followed by delicious nibbles selected from our Evening Food Menu (from £20 per person) and served throughout the evening. Sparklers add a magical finishing touch to your wedding photographs. This wedding is designed to take place within the main house, creating an intimate atmosphere. However, it can easily be extended into the Orangery for larger guest numbers, enhanced dining options, and a spacious dance floor with DJ or live band. Please ask for further details and associated costs. We’re also happy to recalculate pricing for alternative guest numbers. Twilight Cocktail Wedding: £9,800 for 70 guests Available from November 2026 to March 2027, Sundays to Fridays only.

FAQs
Our prices consist of three parts: the exclusive use venue hire fee, the price per guest and the cost of the bedrooms. Neither the venue fee nor the packages include the cost of the civil ceremony or church blessing because these charges are payable directly to the Registrar or the church. All of our prices are calculated to include VAT at 20%, so you won’t have to get out your calculator to add to our published costs.
Of course! Stubton Hall will be exclusively yours for your wedding day!
Yes we have many rooms that can accommodate a civil ceremony and for different guest numbers too. The Bow Room can fit up to 20 people, the Conservatory up to 50, the Music Room up to 100 and the Orangery up to 200. All rooms are easily accessible and air-conditioned
Yes you can, our terrace can seat up to 80 guests for an outdoor ceremony.

We don't allow external caterers i'm afraid, we have worked alongside Hensons Catering since the beginning and pride ourselves in the food and service that we deliver to our couples and their guests.
Our licence for drinking and music ends at midnight.
Our evening manager will monitor the noise levels during the evening and inform the band if they need to turn it down to help our bar staff hear orders on the bar.

Yes of course, we do ask that you discuss any candle arrangements with us beforehand so that we can keep the Fire Officer happy.

Yes! Since you will be having Stubton Hall on an exclusive basis, we require that all weddings take a minimum number of bedrooms. During our less busy months or days of the week, it may also be possible to book additional nights before or after the wedding day.
