Situated on Bailgate in Lincoln’s historic uphill quarter, White Hart Hotel places weddings at the heart of a city defined by its cathedral and castle. Couples can plan and host their entire day within the hotel’s range of function spaces, from arrival drinks through to evening celebrations, with a dedicated wedding coordinator supporting arrangements.
Ceremonies and receptions take place indoors. The Royal Courtyard, defined by a glazed dome and natural light, holds up to 100 guests and links with the King Richard II Suite for larger gatherings of up to 200 in the evening. For smaller celebrations, the Bailgate room accommodates up to 40 guests against a backdrop of the city’s cobbled streets. The venue holds licences for civil ceremonies in the Royal Courtyard and the Bailgate room, enabling couples to host both their ceremony and reception at the hotel.
