All catering is supplied in-house by Graysons, who use only the freshest ingredients from local suppliers. Led by head chef Jason Bunting, the culinary team bring innovative twists to traditional British cuisine, finding seasonal inspiration from Borough Market right on their doorstep. We are more than happy to craft a bespoke menu that reflects your overall wedding theme and that reflects you as a couple.
