THE ORANGERY
We’ve brought the outdoors indoors with huge picture windows bringing you closer to the arboreal beauty of Cannizaro Park. This impressive conservatory is available for exclusive use and is perfect for your wedding breakfast with panoramic views, creates the perfect setting for your special day. This space can accommodate a seated wedding breakfast for 120 guests and for an evening reception, the maximum is 150 guests.
BELLE EPOQUE
Belle Epoque is a stunning and versatile room in a regency style with large windows to let the light flood in as the perfect backdrop to your ceremony and wedding reception, this space also has it's own private terrace. This space can accommodate a seated wedding breakfast for 70 guests and for an evening reception, the maximum is 100 guests.
POL ROGER
A glamorous and spacious room, Pol Roger faces on to Cannizaro Park and boasts a style from a bygone era - with cut glass chandeliers and gilt mirrors this room truly is as prestigious as the Champagne after which it is named. This space can accommodate a seated wedding breakfast for 40 guests and for an evening reception, the maximum is 60 guests.
OPUS ONE
Opus One is a stunning, intimate private dining room with direct access onto the courtyard and perfect for the rehearsal dinner or a small private wedding breakfast. A large bay window with views over Cannizaro Park, provides this delightful room with an abundance of light and a sunny aspect. Opulent and full of character. This space can accommodate a seated wedding breakfast for 16 guests.

FAQs
Certainly! With exclusive use of the hotel you will have up to 50 bedrooms on the wedding day, each can hold double occupancy. The bride and groom will be staying in our luxurious Bridal Signature Park View Suite with a private balcony (the only one in the house!)
We have several private event spaces licensed for civil ceremonies.
The hotel overlooks the Sunken Gardens which can host a ceremony for up to 100, please enquire for more information.
We do, you can supply your own wine as long as the minimum required fee is spent on our food and beverage items.
Unfortunately not, all catering will be in house and cooked by our highly experienced chefs. We have excellent seasonal menus in our private dining brochure, there is something for everyone! We would invite you to have a menu tasting before you make your final decision on food for your special day.
Music license and alcohol is usually until 11pm, however if you go ahead with an exclusive use wedding – We can request for a late license so you and your guests can party until midnight.
Yes, there is. We want to make sure all our guests have a fantastic stay at our hotel so music is limited to 90 decibel.

Sourcing seasonal food products from local suppliers can slash your carbon footprint, reduce transport costs and improve the ingredients. You won't be disappointed about the quality of meat and fish products which comes from right on our doorstep. It can also cut down on food waste because the longer it spends in transit, the higher the chance of it being spoiled and wasted. We eliminate single-use plastics for items such as soap, shower gel, coffee sachets and water bottles. We replace them with biodegradable or recyclable packaging or use refillable containers.
