Couples who choose Suites Hotel Knowsley can plan civil ceremonies in The Atrium, a space with a glass-roofed structure and water feature that can hold up to 120 guests for their vows.
After the ceremony, celebrations move into the Courtney Suite, a flexible function room that can host wedding breakfasts for 40 up to 160 guests and evening receptions with between 50 and 250 people. The hotel’s wedding offering includes a range of full and themed wedding packages. These combine ceremony and suite hire with elements such as a red-carpet entrance, professional DJ, table centrepieces, drinks on arrival, a three-course wedding breakfast, evening buffet and access to a bridal suite for preparation and overnight stay.

Terms and conditions
All bookings made by customers in respect of suites or rooms at The Suites Hotel Knowsley are accepted by The Suites Hotel Knowsley LTD. (Herein after called The Company) upon the following terms & conditions. Booking Procedures A provisional booking will be held for 14 days, if we do not hear from you within 14 days your booking may be released. An initial booking deposit of £500.00 is required. At The final details meeting (1-3 months prior to the wedding) a further £1,500.00 is required. The Final Balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding. Cancellations / Charges All cancellations of weddings or other functions should be notified to us in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows and are based on anticipated revenues. Between 6 months and 3 months prior to the day = 50% Between 3 months and 1 month prior to the day = 70% 1 month or less = 100% The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking, forthwith and without any liability on its part in the event of any damage or destruction of The Suites Hotel Knowsley by fire or other causes, any shortages of labor or food supplies, strikes, walkouts or industrial upset or any other cause beyond the control of the company, which shall prevent it form performing its obligations in connection with any booking. In these circumstances every effort will be made to accommodate the booking in another similar hotel of an equal standard. There is more terms and conditions that will be sent.

Yes, we are licensed to host civil ceremonies and partnerships in our beautiful ceremony spaces.
Unfortunately we don't have an outdoor ceremony space. However, we do have photo opportunities outside.
We do not allow for drinks to be supplied as we have our own bar available for guests.
We work with trusted catering partners, but we’re happy to discuss external caterers if you have someone special in mind.
It depends on whether we have another event or wedding the day before but we will try our best to be flexible in getting you in for the time/date you need for setup.
Last orders at the bar are 1am & your wedding will finish up around 1:15am-1:30am
No there are not any noise restrictions. however, as we are a hotel we do ask any live bands to be finished up by 11:30, the DJ will continue solo until 1:15am.
Fireworks can be arranged with us by prior agreement.
Confetti made from dried petals or biodegradable materials is welcome.
