Terms and conditions

All bookings made by customers in respect of suites or rooms at The Suites Hotel Knowsley are accepted by The Suites Hotel Knowsley LTD. (Herein after called The Company) upon the following terms & conditions. Booking Procedures A provisional booking will be held for 14 days, if we do not hear from you within 14 days your booking may be released. An initial booking deposit of £500.00 is required. At The final details meeting (1-3 months prior to the wedding) a further £1,500.00 is required. The Final Balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding. Cancellations / Charges All cancellations of weddings or other functions should be notified to us in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows and are based on anticipated revenues. Between 6 months and 3 months prior to the day = 50% Between 3 months and 1 month prior to the day = 70% 1 month or less = 100% The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking, forthwith and without any liability on its part in the event of any damage or destruction of The Suites Hotel Knowsley by fire or other causes, any shortages of labor or food supplies, strikes, walkouts or industrial upset or any other cause beyond the control of the company, which shall prevent it form performing its obligations in connection with any booking. In these circumstances every effort will be made to accommodate the booking in another similar hotel of an equal standard. There is more terms and conditions that will be sent.
