The building's character is evident throughout, with interiors that combine contemporary design with historical details. In the lounges, log fires burn during winter, while event suites feature salvaged architecture, including oak panelling from Bradgate House and an ornate ceiling from Wiseton Hall. The hotel provides 59 rooms, suites, and two detached lodges, each individually styled with distinct furnishings and fabrics.

For weddings and civil ceremonies, a selection of suites can hold from two to 250 guests. The Bradgate and Wiseton suites show the hotel’s historic features, while the Nielsen Suite was converted from the original stables and hayloft. Outside, formal gardens and a Garden Terrace Bar offer additional space for events.

Dining options include the AA Rosette Restaurant Bar 1650 and the more informal St Leger Bistro-by-the-Bar. A purpose-built spa was added in 2017, earning a '5 Bubble' rating from the Good Spa Guide in its first year. The spa offers 11 thermal experiences, including a Stonebath steam room and a 'Snowstorm' room, alongside an indoor-outdoor vitality pool.
