About Peterstone Court Country House
Set within the Brecon Beacons National Park, Peterstone Court is a Georgian country house overlooking Pen y Fan and the surrounding Welsh countryside. The setting shapes the atmosphere of a wedding here: open views across the Usk Valley, a sense of space, and a backdrop that changes with the seasons.
Licensed for civil ceremonies, the house offers space for both the legal proceedings and the celebration that follows. The Pen y Fan Suite is designed for larger gatherings and can seat up to 150 guests for a ceremony and wedding breakfast, with space for up to 180 for an evening reception. For smaller weddings, more intimate rooms within the house are available.
Couples and their guests can stay on site in 12 individually styled bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Exclusive use is available, allowing the house and its grounds to be dedicated entirely to the wedding party. Food is prepared in-house using locally sourced ingredients, with menus created to reflect the seasons. There is also a spa within the hotel, offering treatments and facilities that can form part of a relaxed wedding weekend. The combination of Georgian architecture, mountain views and on-site accommodation allows the day to unfold in one place, from ceremony through to the final evening celebrations.

Yes! Peterstone Court is a Grade II* listed manor house that offers total exclusivity. When you book an "Exclusively You" package, the house, its 10 acres of grounds, and all 12 bedrooms are reserved solely for your celebration.
Yes, we have a choice of rooms or even outdoor wedding ceremonies.
Yes, weather permitting.
We do not allow outside catering. You must use our in-house catering team for both the wedding breakfast and evening food. If there is something specific you would like which doesn’t appear on the menu then please do ask as we can tailor-make a menu or dish to suit your requirements
The Pen-y-Fan Ballroom: Access for decorating is generally available from 10:00 am on the day of your arrival. The Bridal Dressing Room: Available from 9:30 am on the day of the wedding for hair and makeup.
Yes we do. The exception is during the lambing season as we are surrounded by farms Sparklers are allowed anytime, however, you must provide a bucket of sand to put them in once they have finished.
Yes, a complimentary honeymoon suite is included within our wedding packages for the night of the wedding.
We have 8 rooms in the main house and 4 duplex converted stable rooms. We have also built up a list of quality accommodation providers that we are happy to recommend if you require more rooms.

Yes! We love four-legged guests. Dogs are welcome to join the ceremony and photos, and our stable rooms are ideal for guests staying over with their pets.
