Stockton House offers an exclusive-use wedding experience in the heart of the Shropshire countryside. Set within the 8,500-acre Apley Estate, this Grade II* listed Georgian country house combines historic character with luxurious, contemporary touches, creating a distinctive setting for an unforgettable wedding.
Couples have complete use of the house, gardens and facilities, giving you the freedom to plan a wedding that feels personal and relaxed. Stockton House is licensed for civil ceremonies, with a choice of elegant indoor spaces and the unique Victorian Turning House in the gardens. Outdoor ceremonies can also make the most of the beautiful estate, while historic St Chad's Church is just a short walk from the house.
The Secret Garden dining room provides a beautiful setting for wedding breakfasts and celebrations, with chandeliers, large sash windows and views across the gardens. The in-house chefs create bespoke wedding menus around each couple's tastes, with food and drink designed specifically for your celebration.
