A dedicated coordinator is on hand to manage the details of the day. The hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to 70 guests. Ceremonies can also take place outdoors on the lawn, with the lake providing a backdrop. Following the ceremony, the Lakeside Restaurant, set within conservatories, can seat 70 people for a dining reception, while standing receptions can be held for up to 100 guests. Guests can also gather on the Sun Terrace, in the traditional pub with its oak beams and open fire, or in the Malt Vault, which features a selection of Scottish malts.

The hotel's chefs create dishes using locally sourced ingredients, with menus that include traditional Scottish cooking, fresh seafood, and international options. This focus on a farm-to-table experience extends across the wedding catering. For guests staying overnight, Karma Lake of Menteith provides 16 en-suite bedrooms, with a total capacity for 34-42 people. The accommodation includes Superior, Heritage, and Deluxe rooms, along with a two-bedroom apartment. Some deluxe rooms feature roll-top bathtubs and views of the lake. A bridal suite is included for the couple on the night of the wedding. The hotel is dog-friendly and has disabled access. Biodegradable confetti is permitted for use on the grounds.
