Couples can choose from a range of ceremony settings, including a light-filled indoor space called the Danube Suite with room for up to 170 guests, or outdoor options such as beside the ornate pond, under an oak or willow tree, or at the Victorian-style summerhouse on the lawn.

These options sit close to one another, allowing the flow of the day to move naturally from celebratory vows to drinks on the grass and on into the reception. For the wedding breakfast and evening, a large marquee stands on the formal lawn. It normally seats up to 180 people inside, with the possibility of extension for larger parties when additional marquee space is added. Within the marquee there are distinct areas for catering, a bar, and mingling before and after the meal, and a scheme is in place to reveal a starlit dance floor and performance stage for bands or DJs after the formal meal.

On-site accommodation is grouped in a building called The Apple Barn, where suites and bedrooms together sleep up to 20 people. The venue team works with couples on plans and layout, and flexibility is a stated part of the day, from adapting reception layout to fitting intimate gatherings or larger celebrations.

Practical elements such as registration for civil ceremonies in the Danube Suite are arranged through the local registrar at Deben Register Office in Woodbridge. The venue’s grounds, spanning lawns, water features and tree-lined spaces, also serve as backdrops for photos and informal gatherings throughout the day.
