Originally built as a private house circa 1720, The Riverside House Hotel is a Grade II* listed Georgian property in Mildenhall, Suffolk. The hotel and its gardens are set on the banks of the River Lark, providing a water-side backdrop for events. As a family-run business, the team offers the option of exclusive use of the entire hotel, its grounds, and facilities.

The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, which can be held indoors or, weather permitting, in the garden. The Garden Room and Mill Suite are the two licensed indoor spaces, with capacities for ceremonies ranging from six to 150 guests. Following the ceremony, celebrations can continue on the sun terrace, in the gardens, or within the hotel's function room and restaurant. The spaces can hold up to 120 people for a seated wedding breakfast and up to 250 for an evening reception, which can include entertainment on the dance floor.

An in-house culinary team provides all catering, with menus that can be adapted for seated meals, buffets, afternoon teas, BBQs, or hog roasts. The team is also able to manage special dietary requirements and allergies. A wedding coordinator and the events team are available to assist with planning, and toastmaster services can be provided. The hotel has an in-house bar, an entertainment license, and a late license.

For overnight guests, The Riverside House Hotel has 15 en-suite bedrooms, including a bridal suite. Many of the rooms have views over the garden and the River Lark.
