Burrows Lea Country House is a beautiful Victorian Mansion set in 30 acres of formal gardens & woodland with stunning views over the Surrey Hills just outside the beautiful village of Shere. The perfect setting for Weddings & Private Parties.

Set in the heart of the Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty is Burrows Lea Country House. the extensive gardens provide a stunning setting for drinks receptions and an abundance of photographic opportunities. A rose garden with fountain, bluebells wood and cherry tree walk amongst other lovely areas make this the perfect venue for your wedding.
Wedding ceremonies take place within the wood-panelled calm of The chapel and Burrows Lea has its own registrar who will work with you to create a ceremony that is reflective of your beliefs and wishes.
The Summer marquee can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests. With a fully stocked bar, boarded floor, cream carpet and ivory lining together with ornate chandeliers, the marquee is reminiscent of an elegant dining room with dance floor and plenty of space for a band or disco.
Catering can be provided by our selection of approved caterers all of whom are very flexible and produce delicious seasonal produce.
We have six luxury ensuite bedrooms one of which is a complimentary Bridal Suite.
