About Farnham House Hotel
Farnham House Hotel is just outside of the small town of Farnham in Surrey. At the top of a quiet tree-lined driveway this beautiful venue is a charming and unique wedding setting to host your special day. Set in beautiful grounds and surrounded by the landscaped gardens, it has the option of exclusive hire and even stunning outside garden pavilion ceremonies. Catering is arranged by the award winning Lemon Stone Events, who provide excellent food to compliment this incredible venue.
The charming exterior of the hotel is only matched by the character of the interior and the beautiful five acres of garden and grounds which provide an exceptional backdrop for wedding photographs. One of the best wedding reception venues in Farnham and Surrey.
There are 24 bedrooms available at the venue for guests to utilize - which accommodates up to 50 of your wedding guests.
Following your ceremony for up to 80 people, either inside the Oak Suite or outside at the purpose-built pavilion; your guests will be welcomed into the Cedar Suite for a delicious meal. This can be formal 3 or 4 course dining or there are there are other more relaxed informal options to explore too with the catering company, Lemon Stone Events. The evening reception can accommodate up to 130 people, with dancing and music into the night - really allowing your party celebrations to take place. The experienced team at the venue will help to arrange all the details of your dream wedding day.

FAQs
Yes - we offer exclusive hire of the hotel when all rooms are included and booked by your guests. Enquire with the wedding co-ordinator for more information.
Yes. We can offer inside ceremonies throughout the year and outside ceremonies at our beautiful garden pavilion. The licence allows for 80 people for a ceremony.
Between April and September our licence allows for outside garden ceremonies - subject to an additional charge.

We prefer that you use our recommended and award winning catering company, Lemon Stone Events. However you can use your own catering team but they have to be completely self sufficient and there will be an additional charge.
We guarantee access from the latest 7am on the day of your wedding. If the venue is available earlier than this (i.e. the evening before) we will let you know.
On Friday and Saturday wedding dates, the reception will be required to finish by midnight. All other days of the week are 11pm.
No - however we do need to be respectful of our neighbours and the nearby horses.
Unfortunately not as there are horses in the neighbouring fields
Yes, and we encourage it too. But we do ask that particularly if thrown outside you use only biodegradable confetti
Yes, but we do need to be mindful of dripping wax and the height of the flame.
Our four-poster honeymoon suite is the ideal room to retire to at the end of your very special day.
We have 24 bedrooms onsite that can accommodate up to 50 people.
Yes we have our fantastic sister hotel Alton House Hotel located a short 10 minute drive offering 43 Bedrooms.
Yes, We have disabled toilets and a chair lift to help with the small amount of stairs to get to it. We also have ground floor bedrooms which are Wheelchair friendly.

Local Suppliers used to reduce C02 emissions Locally Produced food and Drink Recycle Points on site Minimising the use of miniature plastic bottles by only offering bathroom toiletries by refilling and limiting the use of single used plastics throughout the hotel.
