At the heart of the venue is the contemporary McDowall Suite, perfect for larger wedding breakfasts and evening celebrations for up to 300 guests. For smaller gatherings, the elegant Esher Suite provides a warm and intimate atmosphere. Both spaces offer exclusive use and private bars, ensuring a truly personal experience.

Yes, our McDowall Suite is licensed to hold civil ceremonies.
At Imber Court, we exclusively offer in-house catering services. Our experienced catering team provides a range of carefully designed wedding packages and menu options to suit a variety of tastes and preferences. If you have a specific vision for your wedding breakfast or special dietary requirements, please speak with one of our dedicated team members. We would be delighted to discuss your ideas and will do our very best to accommodate.
Yes, corkage charges apply if you wish to provide your own wine or other beverages. Please contact us for current corkage rates and further details.
Access for decorating is available from 6:00am. If you require earlier access or would like to discuss your setup plans, please contact our team in advance and we'll be happy to assist with arrangements for your special day.
Our standard event finish time is 12:00am. A late-night extension until 1:00am is available upon request.
Yes, fireworks are permitted at Imber Court. For safety reasons, all displays must be provided and operated by a professional fireworks company, and proof of valid public liability insurance will be required in advance. To comply with local regulations, all fireworks displays must conclude by 10pm.
Unfortunately, we do not have any accommodation on site.
