Our weddings are priced per guest, starting at £35 on weekdays during the winter months, up to £50 on summer Saturdays. For example, 60 guests on a Saturday in July would cost £3,000.

We have a fully stocked and professionally run bar for your celebration. However, you’re very welcome to bring your own table wines, and there’s no corkage fee, giving you more freedom and flexibility.

Yes - we don’t provide in-house catering, but we’re happy to share a list of recommended caterers, with prices starting from around £40 per head. This gives you the flexibility to create your perfect dining experience – whether that’s a formal sit-down meal or relaxed food trucks on the lawns.

You’re welcome to start setting up from 8 am (or earlier!) on your wedding day. If we don’t have another event scheduled, you’re also welcome to come the day before to prepare and get everything ready.

Reception ends at 11 PM - extensions are possible if you chat with us first!

Yes – We use a specialist firm that provides silent fireworks to avoid disturbing the nearby horses. Fireworks are a wonderful way to end your evening, and we’re delighted for you to include them to make your celebration that little bit more spectacular.

Yes, we’re delighted for you to use biodegradable confetti or rose petals, adding a beautiful and eco-friendly touch to your day.

We’re lucky to have lots of charming independent B&Bs in the nearby villages. For guests willing to travel slightly further, there is a range of hotels within a 20-minute taxi ride. In Tunbridge Wells plenty of high-end hotels as well as Premier Inn and Travelodge. Uckfield also offers several B&Bs and hotels, including Premier Inn.

Dry hire means you’re booking the venue itself, giving you complete freedom to choose your own caterers and suppliers.

We offer both round and rectangular tables so you can choose the layout that best suits your day. Our chairs are elegant Cheltenham or Chiavari style.

We have ample on-site parking conveniently close to the venue. We can also take minibuses and single decker buses by arrangement.
