About Backworth Hall Weddings
Backworth Hall provides a truly magnificent backdrop for your wedding day. With a sweeping staircase and a magnificent function room looking out across the garden, there are plenty of photo opportunities and places for you to explore.
Your wedding day at Backworth Hall may be as intimate or extensive as you wish. Backworth Hall is licensed for 120 people and we have two choices of Wedding Room, Newton or Grey. The Newton Room is ideal for wedding ceremonies and intimate weddings; the Grey Room, with its tall ceiling and breathtaking view, is ideal for your wedding breakfast and evening reception. Backworth Hall has two licenced bars on the premises.
Our packages have been named in honour of our rich history and ethical roots in the Coal Mining Industry. Our packages all include venue hire, wedding co-ordinator, toastmaster, decoration, food and drink. We truly believe that we have everything wrapped up into one affordable price with more options for you to enhance your day.
