About Ardencote
Ardencote is a historic wedding venue that combines old charm of its manor house with luxury of a modern hotel to offer you the best of both worlds. From beautiful indoor & outdoor event spaces in a truly tranquil setting, it offers everything you could need for a your special day. Located in the Warwickshire countryside on the outskirts of Warwick & Stratford upon Avon, it is only a few miles from Junction 15 of the M40, a 10min taxi ride to Warwick Parkway & 25 mins to Birmingham Airport.
The venue is nestled within 83 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds which feature a picturesque three-acre lake. The idyllic setting provides perfect backdrops for those important wedding photographs. There are two event spaces to choose from at the Ardencote, licensed to hold civil ceremonies with up to 150 guests. The Manor House and The Lakeside both offer something truly unique and special. Upon entering The Manor House, you'll feel transported to a dreamy fairytale setting. Each beautiful facet of the space combines traditional elegance with a luxurious hotel's modern amenities. If you prefer a waterfront location, The Lakeside boasts a little island licensed for civil ceremonies and is available between April and October.
Whether you're planning a grand celebration or an intimate affair with your nearest and dearest, your wedding at the Ardencote is sure to be perfect. The dedicated team will be on hand every step of the way to support you throughout your plans and help you create lifelong memories. They also offer a wedding package which can be personalised to suit you with the help of our events team. The happy couple can enjoy their first night of married life in the newlyweds' suite, complete with a full English breakfast in the morning. This suite is included in the venue's package alongside a special rate for guest accommodation.
In addition to 5 beautiful suites, the Ardencote boasts 105 newly refurbished hotel bedrooms to accommodate all your guests onsite. The hotel also houses a 5 Bubble Spa rated Destination Spa, an 18 hole Golf Course and a multifaceted Leisure Club with tennis courts to keep guests busy through a long weekend of celebrations. Ardencote also offers ample onsite parking with electric charging points.

FAQs
Yes, both The Manor House and The Lakeside Venue are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies.
Our Lakeside Venue can hold a ceremony on our Wedding Island from 1st April to 31st October
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exclusive use of the venue.
Our own in-house catering does have to be used.
Any drinks do have to be purchased from Ardencote. We do not do corkage and any alcohol that is not purchased from us cannot be consumed onsite.
The evening reception is until 1:00am, and would finish at this time.
We cannot allow fireworks unfortunately.
We do allow confetti as long as it is biodegradable and environmentally friendly, and this can only be thrown outdoors.
Yes, candles are allowed.
Each venue has a Bridal Suite that is included in the wedding package for the night of the wedding.
We do have accommodation on site, and 20 bedrooms are allocated for the wedding group.
There are other hotels nearby that we can recommend if we are fully booked.
