With over 15 years of experience in organising weddings, the team at the family-owned Westmead Hotel provides a considered and comprehensive service. The hotel's event spaces are designed as a neutral canvas, offering a versatile setting for couples to apply their own style and theme. An in-house wedding coordinator works with clients from the initial planning stages through to the day itself, helping to shape the event.

The hotel holds a civil ceremony licence and can host services for up to 120 guests. For the reception, the spaces can hold up to 200 people for a wedding breakfast and 250 for an evening celebration. The team has experience organising a variety of events, including Asian weddings, religious blessings and pre-wedding parties. A selection of wedding packages is available, from all-inclusive options to last-minute and winter weddings. Bespoke packages and evening-only receptions can also be arranged.

For guests staying overnight, the hotel offers 57 en-suite bedrooms, and the wedding couple can choose from a selection of individually designed suites. In-house catering provides menus tailored to individual requirements, and the hotel has an on-site restaurant and bar. Free on-site parking is available for guests.
