About Bennetts Willow Barn
Nestled in Worcestershire, Bennetts Willow Barn is a picturesque wedding venue exuding rustic elegance at an affordable price. Among enchanting willows and rolling countryside, it offers a charming setting for indoor and outdoor ceremonies and receptions. Inside, exposed oak beams & an airy ambience create a magical atmosphere. The experienced team are dedicated to making your wedding dreams a reality, offering tailored packages to ensure your celebration is both personal & unforgettable.
For a fun and relaxed wedding venue with glamping accommodation on site, enjoy delicious home cooked food in our unique and spectacular yurt marquee and its outdoor area, before moving into our new barn-style party room for music and dancing.
Located on our working farm, our wedding venue area includes private outside spaces for you and your guests to enjoy as you want – vintage garden games, a bouncy castle, or even a rodeo bull! Let the kids (and big kids) enjoy outdoor fairground games, whilst you sit on hay bales for a catch up with friends. Once dusk falls, enjoy the warmth of our fire pit, with marshmallows provided for toasting over the fire with fairylights all around you.
We have a range of catering options, all of which are prepared in-house by our catering team, with hog roasts and pizza ovens being our most popular options. Bennetts Ice Cream is of course a popular dessert option, along with our delicious homemade cakes and desserts. You may bring in a favourite outside caterer, like a pizza van, if you would prefer.
Our wedding celebration packages can include glamping accommodation at our adjoining glamping site, Worcester Glamping. Let your guests make a real event of your wedding, and offer them comfortable yet quirky yurts, right next door to Bennetts Willow Barn.
Our yurt marquee is available from April to October for weddings, but if you would like to celebrate your winter wedding here at Bennetts Willow Barn, our barn is available for more intimate weddings all year round. We are licensed for legal ceremonies in our barn, yurt marquee and gardens.
Venue hire for summer 2024 weddings starts at £4,295 for full day and evening use, with other price options available for different days of the week and times of the year. Our Sustainability Commitments
As a farm based venue, buying locally sourced food is central to our ethos. We use our own milk and beef from our farm, and buy high welfare, local produce, from elsewhere as much as we possibly can, in order to keep our food miles as low as possible. We recycle as much waste as we can, and we heat our building with a ground source heat pump from underneath one of our large ponds, making our reliance on electricity small.

My husband and I built our yurt for our very own wedding in 2016, and our wedding business was born as it was so much fun!
