Planning a honeymoon should feel exciting, not overwhelming. I help couples turn their ideas into a journey that feels completely their own — from choosing the right destination to selecting hotels, experiences and the final itinerary. I also support destination wedding guest accommodation. The process is personal, collaborative and tailored to your style, priorities and budget.

I OFFER 2 SERVICES

GUEST ACCOMMODATION SUPPORT (free)
I can manage the accommodation side of your destination wedding, whether or not you book your honeymoon with me.

1. 30-minute consultation: We define guest numbers, budget per night, room types, stay dates, early check-in/late check-out needs, transfers and any special requirements.

2. Hotel proposals & negotiation: I approach selected hotels and negotiate group rates, payment terms and attrition conditions in case guest numbers change.

3. Compare & refine: I present the strongest options, we choose the best fit together, and I renegotiate the final terms where possible.

4. Book & pay: We confirm the room block and payment structure. Depending on the hotel, guests may pay individually or the group may need to be booked and paid together.

HONEYMOON PLANNING
A bespoke honeymoon planning service tailored to your travel style, priorities and budget. The planning fee depends on the length and complexity of your trip.

1. 60-minute consultation: We start with a call to understand your travel style, dates, budget, priorities and ideas. You do not need to have the destination decided already.

2. Designing your honeymoon: I create a personalised itinerary with destinations, hotels, routing and experiences designed around you.

3. Refining it together: We review and adjust the itinerary until it feels right. This can take place by call, email or a combination of both — whatever works best for you.

4. Booking & your final travel pack: Once you are happy with the itinerary, I take care of the bookings and bring everything together in one place. You’ll receive:
- Interactive itinerary with the agreed plan for each day (morning, afternoon and evening)
- Interactive map with: hotels, restaurants and key places
- Pre-travel checklist & practical tips
- Visa guidance and entry requirements
- Recommended apps for your destination
- All booking details and confirmations organised in one place
