Bookings are now open for our Autumn 2026 wedding fairs across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hampshire. These popular events give wedding businesses the opportunity to meet engaged couples in person, build local awareness and connect with other industry professionals.
Our fairs are hosted at well-known wedding venues and regularly attract couples who are actively planning their day and looking for trusted suppliers. As spaces are limited and events often sell out, early booking is recommended.

Exhibition options
You can choose from a range of stand sizes and promotional options when booking your exhibition space.
- Small, standard or large stand spaces
- Tables included with standard and large stands
- Limited priority stand positions at each fair
- Option to add flyers or samples to couples’ goodie bags
- Featured exhibitor promotion on @gfbweddingfairs
- Promotion options if you are unable to attend, including goodie bag inclusion or banner display
How to book
To book your exhibition space, please complete the booking form and pay the £75 + VAT deposit per fair. As exhibitor numbers are limited, we recommend booking early if there are particular fairs you would like to prioritise.

Event timings
Wedding fairs are open to couples from 11am-3pm. Exhibitors can arrive from 9am to set up and network with other professionals. We ask that all stands are ready by 10:30am.
Marketing and promotion
Each fair is supported by paid social campaigns, organic social content and promotion in our couples newsletters. Events are also listed on third-party platforms such as Eventbrite, and attending exhibitors may be featured on our wedding fair social channels in the lead-up to the event.
Exhibitor numbers
Numbers vary depending on the venue. Recommended venue suppliers and Guides for Brides advertisers are given priority, with remaining spaces allocated based on availability.
To ensure a good experience for couples, we limit the number of each supplier category at every fair.
