We are delighted to announce Guides for Brides Wedding Fair dates for Autumn 2025. Our events are hosted at top wedding venues in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and Hertfordshire. Exhibit at our wedding fairs to meet couples who are ready to engage with local wedding suppliers . The wedding fairs are also a great networking opportunity to make valuable industry connections.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost to exhibit?
The cost to exhibit is £150+VAT per stand, with a 50% deposit required to secure your booking. The final payment for the event will be taken 4 weeks prior to the fair date. Please complete our booking form here
What time will the fairs take place?
Our wedding fair opening hours will be 11am - 3pm. Exhibitors can arrive to set up their space and network with other professionals from 9:00 am. We ask all exhibitors to be set up and ready by 10:30 am.
How are you marketing these fairs to couples?
Each Wedding Fair will have a paid social campaigns, organic social posts and newsletter promotion behind them. We list our fairs on third party event sites such as Eventbrite and will also post about exhibitors in the weeks prior to the wedding fair on our Wedding Fair Instagram and Facebook pages.
How many businesses will be exhibiting at the fairs?
Numbers will vary depending on the venue. Recommended suppliers at the venue and Guides for Brides advertisers are given priority. Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis after that.
Please note, we limit the number of each supplier type that can attend the event to ensure variety for the couples who attend.
