Emmanuel must have felt that he had achieved his life’s purpose when he married Anna because his surname is Wedlock, and the happy couple were well and truly and uniquely “Wedlock-ed” on 5 October 2013! The wedding took place in the Christian Orthodox church of the Holy Trinity in north Oxford. After the service the bride and groom under a traditional flowering willow arch and accompanied by live music and singing and all of their guests, processed to St Hugh’s College where the reception was held, highlights of which included traditional Greek and Scottish dancing, musical acts performed by the guests and a delicious pavlova wedding cake!
