This glamorous couple had a sunny June wedding at the stunning Nonsuch Mansion in Surrey, and we love how many homemade details feature in their day! Tom and Lucy, who met at the airport on their way to a Croatian music festival, tied the knot at the beautiful John the Baptist Church in Kingston Vale, before heading to Nonsuch Mansion for their reception.Â
At the reception, the 110 guests enjoyed live music by acoustic duo The Jetters whilst they had champagne and canapés on the lawn, followed by a 3-course meal, speeches and dancing afterwards to live band Conga Revolution.
The couple were lucky enough to have some very talented friends and family, with the mother of the groom making the favours and wedding cake, the mother of the bride creating the floral centrepieces and church arrangements, and the groom's sisters Olivia and Georgia did the calligraphy and table plan. Even the sweet peas used in the floral arrangements were grown by the father of the groom!
The bouquets, buttonholes and mantlepiece flowers were created by Jodie at Boutique Blooms, and were made up of white antique roses (Lucy's favourite flowers), eucalyptus leaves, white and blue sweet peas, and blue and white hydrangeas.
Bride Lucy wore an incredible Blue by Enzoani gown purchased at Brides Visited in Surrey, and customised it to add a lace topper with three-quarter length sleeves, which could easily be removed for the evening reception to give her a 2-in-1 look! We think she looked just gorgeous in both styles.Â
After the big day, Lucy and Tom had a minimoon in Cannes, France, before jetting off on a longer honeymoon to Australia with Kuoni, with the help of guest contributions via their Kuoni gift list. The perfect present, we reckon!Â
