FAQs
We don't hold "off the peg" dresses, we offer bespoke designs and alterations of pre-purchased gowns. Our bespoke designs start at £800.
For all bridal work we ask that you make an appointment. You can either do this on the website or call the store.
We allow an hour for an appointment.
No. Appointments are free. However, if you come in for a fitting or an initial design consultation and choose not to go ahead with our services there will be a small fee payable.
If we're designing a dress for you, we ask that you start 12 months in advance if possible. For simple gowns and Mother of the Bride outfits we can work on shorter time scales.
Everything is bespoke and made to fit you.
If it's for a bespoke consultation we ask that you only bring 1 extra person. If it's alterations for a bridal party, you are welcome to bring everyone along, but we may need to book multiple appointments for this. Please get in touch if you're unsure
We welcome photos in our studio, our bespoke designs don't hang around in the studio for long.
We can make your veil for you as well. From simple designs to fully embellished.
We have our own jewellery ranges in our studio, and we can also make to order.
No, but we do recommend companies that do.
We also design and make bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. And of course are happy to alter ones you've already purchased.
Yes. We see a lot of wedding dresses that need alteration each year. And are more than happy to provide alterations for the whole bridal party including Mother of the Bride, Groom, Bridesmaids, Groomsmen etc
If you've brought a dress and need it altering, we ideally want to start the process 8 weeks before your wedding. This gives us time to allow for the multiple fittings.
