Appointments are held as personal consultations with experienced stylists. As the team does not work on a commission basis, clients receive guidance tailored entirely to their preferences.
Abigail’s Collection presents a selection of designer bridal gowns, while The Groom’s Room provides a comprehensive suit service. Its dedicated menswear rooms offer privacy for fittings, with options including suit hire, made-to-measure, bespoke, and ready-to-wear collections. The selection is detailed, with access to over 350 neckwear colours and 95 waistcoat designs.
Founded in 2005 by Abigail and Rob Neill, the business has received consistent industry recognition. With over 30 awards, its accolades include 'Longstanding Established Retailer of the Year' at the 2024 Bridal Buyer awards and 'Bridal Independent of the Year' at the 2019 Drapers Independent Awards.
