About The Rose Barn at The Warren Estate
The Warren Estate sits within a 325-acre property of countryside and golf courses in Essex, with a wedding venue set among lawns, gardens and a limestone terrace. Couples can choose to hold licensed civil ceremonies either indoors in The Rose Barn or outdoors within the estate’s grounds, with space for up to 120 guests seated for a ceremony and wedding breakfast and room for more than 200 guests in the evening.
The Rose Barn has vaulted ceilings and large French doors that open to gardens and terraces. A broad oak staircase and galleried landing create a focal point for arrivals. The estate offers exclusive use of key areas including The Rose Barn, the Piano Lounge Bar and tiered gardens.
Couples can work with an experienced weddings team from the first enquiry through planning, show rounds and tailored guidance on details. Food choices range from canapés and drinks at reception through to a wedding breakfast and evening food, with menus designed by the venue’s chefs. Accommodation on site includes eight rooms with a Bridal Suite available exclusively for the wedding night, and additional luxury lodges on the estate for friends and family.
