The Rose Barn on the Warren Estate, is one of Essex’s best kept secrets, come and see for yourself, the breathtaking grounds and beautiful surroundings. See how it can be just perfect for your special day. Set in acres of rolling countryside is our gorgeous 18th Century Barn wedding venue, with a license for civil ceremonies. We hire on an exclusive use basis, complete with The Piano Bar, Limestone Terrace, Gardens and Dancefloor. Offering flexibility, professionalism and a friendly atmosphere.
For sunny spring & summer weddings, we offer the Oak Pavilion for your ceremony, which is licensed for Civil Ceremonies & vow renewals. Offering a rustic setting with Oak benches and a Limestone Walkway, it's the perfect blank canvas, ideal for any style of wedding.
For wet days and for autumn & winter weddings the ceremony is moved inside to The Rose Barn, with its plethora of beams and high, cathedral like vaulted ceiling. The new Oak Staircase is perfect for small group shots, if the weather isn’t kind enough to allow you outside to the immaculate Gardens. The Wood Burner offers a warm welcome for your guests as they shake off the chill of the day.
Our team offer a wealth of experience and your very own Wedding Manager will take care of every detail for you, so you can relax and enjoy your day. Our in-house team of Chefs are very passionate about what they do and have put together a comprehensive menu, which covers all tastes. Options are delicious, freshly cooked and presented beautifully… we know that food is extremely important on your day, so we offer generous portions and a degree of flexibility with your menus.
