Felicity makes bespoke, one-off dresses from scratch. You can design the dress yourself or we can work together from your 'inspiration file' to create a unique gown to suit you and the theme of your day. You can provide the fabrics yourself or order from the 1000's of samples stocked, silks, lace, embroideries, chiffons and many more. Felicity drafts a pattern for each bride so you know that the dress will be a perfect fit and flattering to your figure.

A free design consultation appointment begins the process where we will discuss what you require covering elements such as style, materials, the budget and time-scale. A design sketch and cost quotation will then be posted or emailed to you for your consideration. An individual pattern will be drafted to your measurements and series of private fittings will ensure a perfect fit and finish. The process of a bespoke bridal dress will usually include the making of a toile, which is a mock-up of the design in cheaper materials.

Exquisite hand embroidery and beading provides the finishing touch to many of the dresses she has made. Felicity can also make boleros, stoles, veils, tiaras and jewellery to compliment your dress.

Felicity can also help you with the restoring and tailoring of vintage gowns. Size or style alterations on shop bought dresses are sometimes accepted.
