Since completing an Extended Techniques certificate at Squires Kitchen International School, she has progressively developed her mastery of sugarcraft and hand-painted cakes, wining gold at Cake International in 2014 with a hummingbird and tropical flower design and gaining the attention of some high profile twitchers as well as tweeters! Alpa makes bespoke cake dreams come true by collaborating closely with clients to create show-stopping designs.
