Iced Innovations, run by award winning cake designer, Erica Galvin, is a Cake Company creating beautiful, bespoke weddings cakes and cookie favours.
She will work closely with you from the moment of the initial meeting to the delivery and careful set up at your venue. Her friendly, reliable, customer focussed and professional service means that she will give each bridal couple piece of mind that their wedding cake will take pride of place as a stunning centrepiece at their special day. Erica is highly skilled and trained in all aspects of sugarcraft and will produce a cake to reflect your personality and style, whether it be stunning hand crafted sugar flowers, quirky Bride and Groom wedding toppers, traditional pillared royal iced cakes or something more contemporary and fun, including wedding cupcakes and miniature wedding cakes, not to mention our exquisite chocolate collection and personalised wedding cookie favours!
All cakes are home baked using the freshest, quality ingredients because a cake needs to taste even better than it looks. Choose from decadent chocolate, vanilla sponge, carrot, fruit cake or anything in between with a variety of fillings. We also cater for clients with special dietary requirements such as gluten free, nut free, diary free and eggless cakes.
