Cocktailhire handles the drinks side of weddings across the UK. Choose cocktail makers for a venue with a service point, add a mobile bar where the room needs one, or book a complete host-paid package with staff, bar, ingredients, ice and glassware. You see the price and choose drinks from the existing Cocktailhire menu before deciding. Every confirmed event we have accepted has been attended.
You do not need to guess which service fits the room. If the venue already has a practical place to make and serve drinks, cocktail makers or bartenders may be all you need. If it needs a physical service point, choose a mobile bar. If you want the drinks side handled together, the complete package includes the bar, team, ingredients, ice and glassware.
The menu is not hidden behind an enquiry. You choose from the existing Cocktailhire drinks menu and can build the booking online, or schedule a callback if you have questions or simply want to know a real person is on the other end.
Once booked, the event details, selected drinks and relevant shopping list are set out clearly. The team arrives early enough to prepare so service begins at the agreed time. The price is not built to be the cheapest quote; it protects a confirmed date, a properly paid team and the attendance record clients are relying on.

Yes, when wine and soft drinks are included in a complete host-paid package. If you book cocktail makers, bartenders or a mobile bar without drinks, the booking provides the relevant shopping list instead.
A date remains open until a paid booking secures it. If your date matters, book as soon as you are ready; once confirmed, Cocktailhire treats that event as protected.
This wedding profile starts at £1,250. Your actual price is shown by the online booking system from the date, location, guest numbers, service hours and whether you need staff, a mobile bar or a complete host-paid package.
Cocktailhire works at private homes, wedding venues, hotels, marquees and commercial spaces across the UK. If the room already has a practical service point, we use it. If it needs a bar, we bring one.
Yes, provided the marquee has safe access, enough working space and the agreed utilities or facilities for the chosen service. The booking system helps you choose the service the room actually needs.
Yes, glassware is available as part of mobile-bar and complete-package bookings. Cocktailhire does not provide glassware as a standalone hire.
