Vanilla Catering & Events provides exceptional, innovative food supported by superb, friendly and professional service for every wedding .
Our dishes are made from the finest, freshest ingredients, seasonally and locally sourced wherever possible as we are proud to be a member of Hampshire Fayre. Everything single item is hand made from our ice cream to our delicious bread, all under the watchful eye of our Executive Head Chef , Lee Butler. Each dish is prepared with flair and skill so your menu can be tailored to suit your exacting needs.

We offer each couple the service of one of our professional wedding planners who will guide you through the perils and pitfalls of organising your big day so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the most important day of your life. We listen to our clients and pride ourselves on our ability to adapt so you get the day you want.

With Bases in Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester, Vanilla will cater for weddings from West Sussex to Dorset, London to Portsmouth. We travel the south with our team of permanent professionals staff. We cater in all venues from marquees, barns, stately homes , museums, yachts and of course your own home.
