About Caron Warner Celebrant
Caron creates bespoke, deeply personal ceremonies filled with joy, love and laughter. Based in Surrey and working across the UK and beyond, Caron is a trained celebrant with a performer’s presence and a storyteller’s craft. Weddings, elopements, vow renewals, naming ceremonies and destination celebrations, all bespoke around your story and your voice.
Caron creates works with couples and families across Surrey, the wider UK and beyond.
Caron has a background in performing on stage and over twenty-five years in marketing and storytelling. Caron knows how to hold a room, find the heart of a story and tell it with warmth, humour and perfect timing.
Caron creates weddings, elopements, vow renewals, naming ceremonies and destination celebrations. No two are ever alike. Every script is written from scratch, shaped by your story, your voice and the moments that matter most to you.
Her five-step process keeps everything calm, creative and personal:
Connect: a free, no-obligation chemistry call to see if you’re the right fit.
Create: Caron will get to know you both, your story, your people and your sense of humour.
Craft: Caron will write your ceremony and refine it with you until it sounds unmistakably like you.
Celebrate: Caron will lead your ceremony with calm confidence and a warm, welcoming presence.
MC: Caron can also act as your master of ceremonies, guiding the day so it flows beautifully.
You’ll also receive your script and certificate in a beautifully presented keepsake folder, with matching vows folders finished in ribbon to suit your wedding aesthetic.
Caron works with a select number of couples each year, so every ceremony receives the time, care and creative attention it deserves. She is accredited with the Academy of Professional Celebrants and happy to travel for the right celebration.
Book your free chemistry call and see what we can create together.

If you’d rather we write them together, we’ll do that. If the thought of writing makes you want to hide, I’ll take care of it and make sure they still sound like you. And if you want to keep them secret from each other until the moment itself – one of my favourite things – I’ll hold that secret with great care.
Earlier is always easier – Saturdays in summer fill up quickly, and I only ever take one booking per date. That said, if your date is sooner than you’d like, please still get in touch. Last-minute isn’t always too late.
A celebrant is someone who works with you to create and lead a ceremony that is genuinely, specifically yours. Not a script pulled from a drawer – a living, breathing reflection of who you a
