FAQs

A celebrant offers a personal ceremony (not from a template) they get to know you, are not restricted as to when, where or how your ceremony takes places, they make it meaningful and fun!

Celebrants don't have a problem, mentioning God or angels. It’s all about you, not the Celebrant’s beliefs so you can have religion included, but it’s not essential

Absolutely, I will. And it will be a blooming good one!

Currently taking bookings up to 2 years ahead, so book early to avoid disappointment

Totally, in fact, I encourage it and help out where people are struggling. I also provide personalised/coordinated vow booklets, so you don’t have to remember everything of my heart

No, you can do it exactly the way you want it. That said most people follow a traditional format but include the wonderful element their love story. So vows, a ring exchange, the kiss, and even a signing of the certificate or typical in one of my Ceremonies

Yes, I cater for absolutely everybody. People are people on the sexual orientation doesn’t make any difference to me.

Yes, I love weaving in elements of other religions and cultures. I’ve done English C of E /Russian catholic Swedish/English, Sikh and Jewish/Church of England.

Most of my couples have their planning meetings via video link, but if you live local enough or want to travel, it’s always lovely to meet in person.

I do not perform a legally binding marriage, but I don’t think that’s any different to having a naming ceremony or christening in the venue of your choice after you’ve done the paperwork in the registry office. It’s the words and people that matter not a piece of paper from the government in my opinion.
